These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Qweega.eu. By using Qweega.eu, you agree to these Terms.

Qweega.eu is an online preparation platform designed to help users practise for EU competition-style assessments, including AD5-style tests and related training materials.

Qweega.eu is a private educational preparation service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any EU institution, body, office, or agency.

You may use Qweega.eu only if you can lawfully enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• providing accurate information
• keeping your login credentials secure
• all activity that occurs under your account

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe an account is being misused, shared improperly, or used in breach of these Terms.

Qweega.eu may offer both free and paid features.

Premium access is time-limited. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, premium access is granted for 6 months from the confirmed payment date. After expiry, premium features may no longer be accessible unless a new purchase is made.

By purchasing premium access, you are buying access to digital content and digital services delivered online.

Where access to digital content or digital services begins immediately after purchase, you may be asked to expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that, once performance begins, you may lose your right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, purchases are non-refundable. This means that Qweega.eu does not offer voluntary refunds for premium access once access has been granted and the digital service has started.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights that apply to you under mandatory law.

Prices are shown at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and authorised.

We may use third-party payment providers to process payments securely.

Qweega.eu is a preparation tool only. We do not guarantee:

• success in any competition or recruitment process
• any minimum score
• selection, shortlisting, or appointment by any institution

All content is provided for training, revision, and practice purposes.

All platform content, including questions, explanations, branding, layouts, databases, and materials, is owned by or licensed to Qweega.eu unless stated otherwise.

You may use the service for your own personal, non-commercial preparation only. You may not:

• copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, or redistribute content
• share premium content outside your account
• reverse engineer or systematically extract question banks or explanations
• use automated tools to access or harvest content without permission

You agree not to:

• misuse the platform
• interfere with platform security or availability
• attempt unauthorised access
• upload malicious code
• impersonate another person
• use the platform for unlawful purposes

We may update, improve, suspend, or modify parts of the platform from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• you materially breach these Terms
• you misuse the service
• payment is reversed, disputed in bad faith, or not validly completed
• continued access would expose us or others to risk

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qweega.eu is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of opportunity, loss of data, or loss of expected exam results.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law.

If you are a consumer, you may benefit from mandatory protections under the law of your country of residence within the EU. These Terms apply in addition to those mandatory protections and do not override them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply under the law of your country of residence.
